Was really surprised with the efficiency and skills displayed with the installation of our battery and rewiring/extension of solar panels.  System is working well and have not had to access the grid so far (5 weeks).  The team answered all of the questions I threw at them and were very neat and professional. From start to finish, the team at Halcol were fantastic to deal with. The quoting was easy and inspired confidence. Nathan was patient with our many questions and always happy to explain things. From the first contact with Halcol to the first customer service person and all the stages thru to the fit out crew excellent and professional service . Fit out crew was professional and thorough and cleaned uped after them self's. Later we had a power outage and at 630pm was no trouble for the gentleman coming back and fixing the issue for us again well done halcol your have real professional people . Cost wise was a good price . For a small family company here on the sunny coast excellent service . I could not be more happier with Holcol Energy. They were very professional in all aspects doing their job. I recommend Halcol for home battery and Roof solar panels. The installation and the technicians doing the install were very experienced, totally professional and explained the workings of the system very well.
