Recently we went back to Halcol to add additional panels and a battery. We had some questions about battery safety & whether we would actually benefit from a battery but Ethan explained everything very simply for us and promptly responded to all our questions. The install team did a great job on the day. Shaun and his team were polite and had the install completed quickly with minimal downtime to our supply which is important as I work from home. Overall it was very easy and we're glad we upgraded [ ![Dan Truesdale](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjWySRxSGCerOKC5fPf4M6q08mLQec5fH8wOEiCvubyIsE-bItCzzQ=s120-c-rp-mo-br100) ](https://search.google.com/local/reviews?placeid=ChIJPfqZM2Gek2sRc3FAO4PTbeY) [ Dan Truesdale](https://search.google.com/local/reviews?placeid=ChIJPfqZM2Gek2sRc3FAO4PTbeY) October 7, 2026We recently had a solar and battery system installed by Halcol and couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite the weather threatening to disrupt the installation, the team worked around the conditions and kept everything on track. Mark and Keenan did an excellent job and were great to deal with throughout the day - they regularly checked with us on the placement of controllers and equipment, making sure we were happy before proceeding. We really appreciated that. A big thank you also to our renewable energy consultant Kieran who provided great advice from start to finish and made the whole process straightforward. The system is now up and running perfectly and has exceeded our expectations. We're extremely happy with the result and the level of service we received. I'd happily recommend Halcol to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.
