## Multiple solar systems donated to SunnyKids

At Halcol Energy, our commitment to community support drives everything we do. Each year, through our annual solar system community giveaway, we donate solar power systems to an organisation making a difference in Queensland. This year’s recipient is SunnyKids—a charity dedicated to providing safe, supportive housing and resources for families in crisis. Inspired by their life-changing work, we are honoured to extend this donation, joining previous winners such as BloomHill Cancer Care, STEPS Group, and Queensland Surf Life Saving.

This year’s giveaway is especially meaningful as we have seen firsthand the impact of SunnyKids’ dedication to helping those facing domestic violence, financial hardship, and other challenges. In addition to the recent $6,000 raised by Halcol customers through the “Save a Life Tonight” campaign, we are thrilled to provide free solar systems for each of SunnyKids’ emergency residential accommodations. This clean energy solution will reduce operational costs, ensuring that SunnyKids can allocate more resources toward their essential programs and services.

This donation reflects our commitment to a sustainable future and our dedication to Queenslanders in need. By powering SunnyKids’ emergency accommodations with solar energy, we’re enabling a more secure, cost-effective environment for families seeking safety and support during challenging times.
