We are seeking an energetic and focused Senior Administration and Sales Officer to replace a longstanding staff member.
The first part of this role is sales-based and involves booking consultations for our Sales Staff. This includes answering inbound telephone enquiries, speaking to customers that visit the office, making outbound calls from leads provided and contacting our customers after installation. Prior knowledge of solar and battery products is preferable but not required, as adequate training will be provided.
The second part of this role involves the processing of contracts, creating invoices, and general oversight of the operations process from point of sale through to system installation. Strong attention to detail is a must-have skill for this role as you work alongside other departments within the organisation to ensure a prompt and seamless turnover for our valued customers.
General scanning and filing of customer and supplier records is done as needed. This role does not allow for working from home.
About You: You will be a self-motivated individual who has a strong eye for detail and is genuinely keen to provide a great customer service to our customers. You should be very confident with speaking with people on the telephone as well as handling face to face enquiries. This is a busy office that requires a team player but also someone happy to work alone in order to complete the tasks identified. A good level of written and verbal communication is natural for you. Your enthusiasm will be evident from your ability to support our customers and sales team with new business and existing customer enquiries, from initial contact to final sale and set-up. You will be required to have an eye for detail along with above average planning and organisational skills and ensure that all customers enquiries are registered and followed through in full.
