Our response to COVID-19
The world around us is changing and sending us new challenges every day. However, as Australians, we’ve always been great at getting together to support each other in uncertain times like these.
Here at Halcol, we’re committed to servicing the needs of our customers, even if that means we need to change the way we do things. Keeping everybody safe and stopping the spread of this virus is the number one priority, but we’re aware our customers still need us.
As such, we’ve made the following changes to the way we operate. We’re confident these measures will keep our team and customers safe, while still providing the great service we’ve become known for.
Free ‘Virtual’ Energy Assessments
We’re still able to conduct free energy assessments in person while considering the appropriate social distancing measures advised by Government. However, our solar experts can also perform consultations by phone, email or even video call. Our office in Bokarina is currently closed, in the best interests of our staff and customers.
Government Health Guidelines
All Halcol staff are being constantly updated with the health and well-being advice issued by the Government. From hygiene to social distancing, we can assure our customers we’re staying on top of things to ensure we’re doing our bit to prevent the spread. At the end of the day, the health of our customers and staff comes first.
