Halcol Energy is located at 392 Nicklin Way, Bokarina, QLD, 4575, on the busiest road on the Sunshine Coast. - Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and warmly greet visitors with professionalism.
- Exhibit courteous and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle CRM data entry and management with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide information by promptly answering questions and fulfilling requests.
- Maintain office supplies by regularly checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as required.
- Contribute to the team’s success by offering assistance wherever necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Possession of a current driver’s licence.
- Proficiency in administrative writing to effectively convey information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to optimise efficiency.
- A commitment to professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
- Competence in office supplies and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.
Hours of Work:
- Enjoy the flexibility of working between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Open to part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
- Willing to consider an arrangement that aligns with school hours, also with a minimum of 3 days per week.
Rate of pay to be agreed and commensurate with experience.
