Solar Installation Manager – Office-based role in Bokarina, Sunshine Coast

The success of our company has come from the staff and their continued efforts to help our customers. The team at Halcol is now seeking to appoint a new Solar Installation Manager to the team. • Planned and organised and consistently able to deliver agreed outcomes
• Resilient and able to problem solve quickly and effectively
• Ready to drive successful customer and business outcomes
• Looking to grow your experience across the new technologies as they become available
• Experienced with varied solar systems and the installation and maintenance requirements
• Licensed Electrician
• Aware and able to interpret the various legislative requirements for solar installations
The Role:
• Day to day organisation and support of the installation teams and vehicles
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
• Great communication skills and able to work calmly within busy environment
• Maintain sufficient levels of stock and control costs
• Monitor, guide and ensure compliance of the installations meet relevant standards
• Handle customer and contractor enquiries
• Work alongside Safety officer to obtain site specific SWMS
• Undertake pre-site surveys
• Undertake 3d modelling using Solar Edge Portal from site plans
